These guys are true professionals. Pablo and his crew arrived on time and didn’t stop working for a second until the job was done. They were respectful and caring with our belongings. Everything was wrapped and taped so that it wouldn’t be damaged during transit. They worked so fast it was hard to keep up with them just to tell them where everything went. I would recommend Northstar to anyone who’s looking for a company that will do a moving job efficiently and well. We are so glad we chose Northstar. Moving our home has been extremely stressful but working with these guys has been the least stressful part by far. Thank you guys!

Love this moving company, great moving company, they moved me this past Saturday from Laveen to Phoenix. They did a great job, my mom had a previous bad experience with another moving company which discouraged her from using a moving company and because of these guys, her faith was restored. Andrew, David and one other guy were awesome. They did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional and moved quickly and kept us laughing in the midst of all the stress moving brings They were patient as well as we had a few things that held them up but they kept a good attitude.
These guys moved me 3 years ago and I rehired them for the move today. They did a great job, moved things efficiently and with a minimum of hassle. Would recommend.
Exceptional service. I’ve always moved myself in the past, packed the house myself and rented a truck, loaded and unloaded with a few friends. I’ve got more stuff and less time now, so those days are over.
NorthStar was highly rated, so I got a quote from them and one other company. NorthStar actually came to the house and took a look around, asked a few questions. The quote seemed high, but realistic.
They had no problem with accommodating my requested day, and so I went with them. They showed up when they said they would, they packed up my house, working nonstop for seven hours. The next day they showed up on time, loaded everything into the truck very quickly, and we drove across town to my new house, in the Hollywood Hills. It’s a challenging neighborhood for a truck, and the house has a lot of stairs. They saw it all as a challenge and worked without complaint all afternoon. Honestly, it was actually fun to work with them. I tried to carry a few things and they basically grabbed anything heavy out of my hands; these were some of the most polite people I’ve ever encountered.
When it was time to pay the bill, I thought “here we go, now they’re going to charge me for all the extras.” I was ready to be gouged. The final bill was substantially under the estimate, even with an hour of overtime. I was actually happy to pay these hardworking guys, and I bought them lunch (otherwise I don’t think they would have taken a lunch break) and tipped them all before they left. There wasn’t one thing about this move hat was unpleasant, except all my worrying about it, which was completely unnecessary. You can trust this company.

This is my 3rd move and I always go back NorthStar. This last crew however blew my mind. I’m moving out of a house with 4 kids and their was stuff everywhere. They meticulously packed rooms, labeled boxes correctly and made the move perfect. Logan was simply amazing – Thank you so much!
I want to say these guys today were fantastic. They arrived and i was disorganized. They immediately started helping me pack. They were efficient and professional. I really like the way that they were quick but careful with my furniture and helping me sort things out. I had two locations I had to drop off different items. One was my new place and the second was a storage facility. They were great at separating my things and patient when I changed my mind. I’m very pleased with northstar. I’m gonna be moving again in three months and I will definitely use them. I hope I get the same crew. They did a great job.
I used them to move from LA to San Jose. From San Jose to San Francisco. And back to LA. All over about a six year period. My dealings with the folks on the phone were all standard, nothing special.

My move was so quick and if you have everything packed up it’s even faster. They are young guys but they were very professional and did the job quickly. They wrapped up all my mirrors and they even offered to take apart one of my pieces of furniture so they could wrap it because they wanted to be sure it doesn’t get that it doesn’t get damaged. Great service and worth hiring to get the job done! Also scheduling was very easy and they responded quick.
Excellent experience from beginning to end. They were very careful in packing and moving everything. Easy transaction. Ivan and his crew are the best movers we’ve had so far. They even helped us move other furnitures to other rooms. Overall, very happy with the experience. Will use them again.
