NorthStar helped me today with my move and these guys killed it, fast efficient and dealt with all the stairs like nothing, will definitely use them again with any other move!
Residential
Great job to Kevin and his crew. Thanks to NorthStar. for all the help!
Alex and Louis were quick and efficient with loading and unloading. They packed everything nice and neat. Unfortunately we had a lot more stuff than we thought but they completely filled the truck and maximized any available space for items.
We just moved into our new house and NorthStar Movers moved us in. They did a fabulous job, very much attention to detail, very personable. We’re very happy. So respectful and the guys were great and fun and funny and um they love dogs. That’s so important to me. Anyway, we will definitely be using them again so that they can keep doing what they’re doing and um making customers service very very happy.
We just completed our move with NorthStar Movers. The guys are great. They treat your possessions like they would their own. They are personable and respectful. We definitely plan on using their services again.
Okay, they did a good job. The movers, they helped me Jesus and his team. They did a very, very good job. Thank You.
Okay, I like the job their doing, NorthStar. That’s very nice, very kind, very supportive, very handsome guys, very compassionate and always a fine job.
Had a great experience with NorthStar moving! I moved from California to Texas for just above $3K (including packing services). Lorena Alejos was incredibly helpful from the initial video quote to answering questions online regarding pricing, what to expect, and scheduling truck departure and arrival. I had to schedule the moving / pickup for 3 weeks in advance to ensure it made a tight arrival window but sure enough, the truck came on the first day (@8-10 am) of the range of days NorthStar provided. Alejandra ensured the payment was processed correctly (first amount paid in person at pickup and second online) which was a huge help. When the truck arrived, we were blown away by the quality and service of Rob and Evan from the Roundrock facility. They were in and out within 1-2 hours with all items accounted for and no significant noticeable damage. Would definitely recommend this company!
Northstar was great – timely, fantastic communication, took a lot of care, and everything arrived in good condition. Highly recommend!
Great rate, efficient crew, everything you could ask for in a moving company.
Alejandro, Eulalio, and Rodolfo came in and got right to work. Can’t thank you guys enough for the easy experience of moving into our first home.
