Have moved with NorthStar 3 times now (2 moves in Los Angeles and just finished a larger move from LA to SF) and they have consistently done a great job. Staff are super helpful and communicative, and always available to help answer questions. I really appreciated how on pick-up days and move-in days someone from NorthStar checks in with you a few times to make sure everything is going smoothly! In addition, NorthStar’s movers are very professional, efficient, and have taken good care of my belongings. I would def use NorthStar again for any future moves!

NorthStar is incredible! The crew was professional and friendly. I got a call 30 minutes before they arrived and they were right on time. The crew handled all of my belongings with care and were very efficient. I highly recommend NorthStar and would absolutely hire them again.
And I’m happy to say that the movers were fantastic. They moved everything so professionally and it was all very well wrapped and without any drama or hassle at all. I’m very thankful for the work.

They were on time, so professional, very careful with our things, very kind, so friendly, handled us, our dogs, and our things in a very special manner, super polite, respectful, reassembled our furniture, paid close attention to detail, never flinched about amount of time on our moving job. If I could give them 10 stars I would! This was my 4th move, first time with NorthStar and it was by far the most exceptional moving experience I’ve ever had. Even though the move was fairly local, it was rather complicated as we had 3 different locations that needed deliveries.
Romero and his team showed up on time, with two trucks. After walking through with us, they had a plan in place and everything was executed like clockwork, with precision, care, and professionalism. They were extremely courteous, polite, and somehow (even at the 12th hour of work!) unbelievably cheerful. Nothing got broken, lost, or damaged. I would highly recommend NorthStar to anyone planning a move. I will definitely be calling them again for my next move!!
Today Rob, and the team showed up and did a one day move for us and were very fast, very safe and the guys were awesome, definitely will recommend! Super group of guys!

Assis and Elaine were VERY helpful and informative to start this process. Johann (sp?) and James were great!. Showed up in time window, took good care of my stuff, and asked questions when needed. Working with all of them was a real pleasure. I’m awaiting my delivery next week and feel positive. Will update upon arrival.
