I have never worked with such an all around AHHHmazing group of movers! 7 of them!!! Each and every one of them were not only hard workers but also friendly, considerate, and with great attitudes. The job was a big one with lots of back and forth and nothing seemed to put a frown on their face. They even comforted me in moments when I was stressed out! Haha I can’t recommend NorthStar Moving enough! Thank you all, including the coordination team, for all your patience, hard work, and care!

Robert and the crew helped us with a complex move, with 3 pickup and 2 delivery locations on two different dates 3 weeks apart. Their careful packing and efficient loading was a joy to watch, yielding an easy unload/unpack followed by a thorough cleanup, despite the very long day. Well deserving of a 5 (really 6, if there were that many) stars!
Rob and team were professional, punctual, and efficient. We had an amazing experience and would definitely use again. For a very fair price they showed up at the beginning of the promised time range, brought extra people, got right to work, and worked hard all day with smiles, laughter, great communication and courtesy. They even helped clean up and get all the furniture right where we wanted it! I highly recommend this moving company!

I contacted NorthStar Moving about three weeks before I was set to move. The entire pre-moving process was easy and efficient. We set up a video call to review the pieces of furniture that needed to be moved and number of boxes. They sent over an estimate which was reasonable.
When the day of the move came, I was shocked at how careful and quickly the guys wrapped and loaded the truck. They treated everything with more care than some of my junky stuff deserved. It was a hot day (90+) but the guys didn’t let that slow them down. They packed up a two bedroom apartment in a little under 3 hours.
When I met them at the new place they put everything in the right place and reassembled tables and desks.
Moving is always stressful so I’m incredibly happy I called NorthStar Moving!

These guys are fantastic! I used them for a local move within LA and they were prompt, efficient, careful, and communicative.
At the beginning of the process, I worked with Anna to do a video walkthrough of my space and I showed her what we would be moving. She took down inventory and within a few hours gave me a quote. She was very easy to work with and got me scheduled for a move the following week.
I was given a 2 hour time frame that the guys would show up and we got a call right at the beginning of the window with their ETA. We had a wall of boxes packed up and I left the room for ~10 minutes and came back to see they had packed up all of it into the truck! That would have taken me weeks! They were careful to wrap our furniture and handled it well when getting it out. I was nervous about moving our fridge but it was like nothing for them. (Tip: you do have to empty your fridge to move it so have some coolers and ice ready to transport your food!)
Once we arrived at the new place, they showed the same care with unpacking and made sure we were happy with the placement of each item. They reassembled our bed and it feels more sturdy than I had it before the move so I know they did it right.
Moving is so stressful and being able to trust a team to handle the heavy lifting is the way to go. They are truly professionals! I will be using them again for any future move!
