Wonderful experience for long distance moving from CA to NY. We were so worried about the long-distance move after reading many reviews for other companies. It turns out NorthStar Moving definitely worth our trust and exceeded our expectation! The work was professional. Even my large mirror arrived untouched. For long-distance move, the delivery window is 3 weeks but they were upfront about it. All the crew members and customer services are extremely helpful and friendly! I would choose them again.
I can’t recommend NorthStar Moving Company enough, specifically George and Kevin. Moving can be incredibly overwhelming, but these two made the entire process stress-free. They were professional, efficient, and exceptionally kind throughout the day. What impressed me most was their flexibility—we ran into some complex conditions on-site, and they pivoted without hesitation to make sure the job got done right. If you want a team that is both helpful and highly skilled, ask for George and Kevin!

Rob and Daniel were absolute rockstars. We moved from east Austin out to Pflugerville on a Saturday and these two made the whole thing so much smoother than I expected. They were careful with all of our stuff, moved fast without ever being careless, and were just genuinely great dudes to have around on what’s normally a super stressful day. Valery on the office side made booking easy and kept everything organized leading up to the move. Can’t recommend NorthStar enough, seriously. If you’re moving in the Austin area ask for Rob and Daniel. You won’t regret it.
