Truly a wonderful experience. My move could not have gone any smoother, or more efficient had I chosen another company. I have moved several times in my adult life, and North Star Moving is by far the most professional, friendly, and financially fair moving company I have ever used. They followed up before, and after the move to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Eric and his moving crew were wonderful, and Stefy in the office get 5 stars for being so personable, and accommodating. The online Yelp coupon was just the icing on the cake!

I have moved 5 times- 3 interstate and 2 local moves. By far this move was the smoothest. NorthStar delivered everything that was agreed to very professionally and on less time that was estimated! Nick and his team where efficient and polite employees. . Financially- their “non-exceed” bid have me peace of mind as i had a budget in mind. the YELP Coupon where you pay $ 50 for $ 100 dollar value was a great incentive, in addition to 5% discount if cash is paid. Since the job was finished faster- I paid approx. 30% that was originally quoted! I know how stressful it is to move and when the day comes to move again [hopefully not for a LONG time] i would definitely hire NorthStar again.

As everyone knows, moving is terrible. Northstar helped us through the annoying stuff. They were on time, super friendly, efficient and just good guys. Jesus and his guys, I think their names were Marcus and Dalybanez made our days!! And they got done so quickly it ended up being cheaper than we were quoted.

We had the best moving experience we’ve ever had with NorthStar. A three person team packed literally everything in the entire house in one day and then a four person team moved everything to the new house the next. Final costs came in well under their initial not-to-exceed estimate. Boxes were clearly labeled, well-packed and gently carried from point A to point B. Not a single thing was damaged in transit. They were courteous, hardworking and totally punctual. Will absolutely use them again for the next move, whenever that may be.

We hired NorthStar for an office move, and I was very happy with all that they did. On the two days of the move, I found the team of movers to be impressively professional, hard-working, efficient, and good-spirited. Also, fast and tireless! As much as I had been dreading the moving process, these guys made our moving days almost enjoyable. In comparison with other moving companies, their price quote was very good, and they ended up completing the work for less than their estimate. As we were unpacking, we found a couple of damaged items, which I don’t think is at all bad for the scale of our move (8 movers and 2 trucks over 2 long days). But more importantly, their claims department was very helpful about remedying the situation, so we suffered no significant loss. Their attitude and customer service definitely gets 5 stars. I have no complaints, and would highly recommend them. Thank you, NorthStar!

After reading all of the other positive reviews on Yelp we decided to use Northstar moving for our apartment move a week ago. Not only did they show up early, but they worked efficiently and took great care in making sure our items were moved safely and quickly. The women I booked the move with at their office also alerted me to their special yelp deal, where I paid $50 for a $100 voucher off the total moving cost, which was very nice. For anyone looking for movers, these are your people. Book them, you won’t regret it.
