You never know with moving companies and I used them twice in the same month for two different moves. The guys were polite and so careful. On the second move, the driver found a short cut to save drive time. I was impressed with that. They handled everything with care. They showed up early. The office people are so cool.

I want to begin by saying I have moved many times local and long distance. This is the first time I did not have any problems with my move. From the first phone call to the last they were courteous, helpful, professional and most of all honest, hard to find with a moving company. This was a long distance move which was stressful enough and it helped that I was able to call, get a call back, and get the info I needed. I would highly recommend them as the best movers I have ever used. Thank you all for your exceptional service.

As Green Day would say, I’m neurotic to the bone. I checked the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, etc. trying to find a good mover. When I booked NorthStar, I knew they had excellent ratings, but I was still skittish. The number of horror stories about moving companies is immense. I’m very pleased to say that we were thrilled with the NorthStar. They showed up on time and were professional, hard-working and efficient.

All the important information we needed to know was given to us when we booked and then again later when they confirmed. No hidden charges. No over charges. A great service – at a great price. My husband and I highly recommend them.
