Yaniv and his crew last Monday were especially courteous, efficient, and professional. They were wonderfully careful with my piano, which has a high-gloss finish that is easily scratched. Not only were none of my belongings damaged during the move, Yaniv even noticed that I had accidentally left my laptop inside my desk even though I thought I had emptied it completely. I’m lucky that he is so conscientious. And I really appreciate his and his crew’s hard work and politeness.
Although I hope I don’t move again soon, I will certainly use Northstar next time and I will definitively recommend you to family and friends.

Northstar moved us from our home in January of this year.
The efficiency of both the estimate and the communication from Gotti was very impressive and the movers did an excellent job from being on time, to being productive and efficient with very little damage or issues.

I spoke to and research approximately 20 different moving companies including their BBB ratings.
I received a call the same day I inquired with NorthStar Moving from Ted Tindall. Ted was professional in my interaction with him on the phone; he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was very customer service forcused and not pushy. I appreciate his patience as we spoke 2-3 times and communicated by e-mail.
William and his crew arrived exactly as Ted had indicated. William and his crew were very very professional, courteous and knowledgeable also. They worked well together and very hard.

On July 13th, your company moved me from Vallejo to Larkspur. Gonen, Aric , and Hanan were wonderful. They did everything to make it a efficient move and even helped me decide where to put the furniture. They even moved a heavy piece to another spot when I changed my mind.

I had over 20,000 pounds to move, including 40 boxes of china, a huge china cabinet, and several new pieces of furniture about which, I must confess, I was extremely nervous.
Not only did all my china and furniture arrive in perfect order, the care, professionalism and efficiency the crew demonstrated truly made what could have been difficult day quite easy. I am grateful.
I must say that my husband, who is very frugal and critical, said that he was more than pleased ( as he counted and re-counted the 250 boxes we packed), and he didn’t even mind paying the bill. The crew earned every penny.

As per our telephone conversation of February 2, 2002, I am e-mailing this for your employees file, concerning our move on February 1, 2002 from San Jose to Sonora.
First off, your salesman, Ted Tindal was not only very professional; but at the same time very comforting to me at a time that was so very stressful. At our age, my husband and myself was not looking forward to moving.
Ted helped me with all my questions and concerns without pushing me to choose your firm. I do not like to be pushed into a decision and Ted gave me the right questions to ask when I called other moving companies. So, Ted was the real reason I initially chose North Star, the other companies were too pushy and did not fully explain their prices.
Now we get to your employee, Roy Ashual. We could not believe how efficient, organized and what a hard worker he was on our moving day! As soon as he showed up, he made us feel so at ease with this move. I was actually getting tired watching him work so hard. After we were moved in that evening, I cooked supper for the 2 young men, nothing fancy, but I wanted to show my appreciation.
