Excellent communication before the move including a video walk thru to get an accurate estimate. I updated the flat rate after selling some items, and the new rate was honored for the move with no unexpected charges. Good price, esp for including packing the breakable items in the kitchen. Arrived within their arrival window, worked very efficiently. Wonderful experience with them.

Extremely impressed by our experience with NorthStar Movers LA! Johan G, Enrique P, and Alejandro G were extremely communicative and efficient! They packaged up our entire 2 bedroom apartment in about 2 hours. They were super friendly and made sure all of our un-packaged items were wrapped and secured safely. Will definitely be using them again if I have any future moves!

Albert, Wilbur, and Andreas were great!  All super professional, efficient, careful, and great attitude. They took good care of all of my property and made the move super simple. Even if there were a lot of stairs or parking was difficult. They were super efficient and positive. I’d gladly use NorthStar again!

We had a great experience with NortStar. Austin and his team were excellent. They took lots of care to ensure all of our items were wrapped up properly before loading them on to the truck. They worked hard and adhered to all of my requests without any pushback. I initially had concerns about using a larger moving company as I normally prefer to support smaller businesses. However, the experience I had with NorthStar was levels above the last moving company I previously hired. I’m glad I made the right choice. I  would highly recommend them!

All I can say is NorthStar is a TOP NOTCH moving company!  We had never hired movers before, and I was shocked at the ease of it all for us.  The team arrived in a timely manner, got down to business and got us moved!  They were efficient and no damage to any items.  David and his team made it seem easy.  The estimate they quoted was right on target at the end of the day.  The crew was friendly and their customer service was outstanding!  Wouldn’t call any other company.  They were #1 on the list for a reason.

David, CJ & Sammy were the BEST! They were so much fun, professional, and efficient. My mom absolutely LOVED them as well. I will always HIGHLY recommend NorthStar. Such a great experience from start to finish. I couldn’t of been more impressed!

PS. David and crew go above and beyond — someone came by to pick up a free mattress, and while he had a truck, he was older and didn’t have anyone to help them get the mattress into the bed of the truck. David and team not only helped him get the mattress to his truck and into his truck but also donated their own rope and tied it down so that he could safely drive on the highway. They didn’t have to do this, but they were happy to help!

If you are thinking about moving, just call these guys.  Our move was absolutely amazing, due to the excellent crew from North Star.  They did a superb job of protecting our belongings, and they were just a fun bunch of guys – the move was almost fun!  Super hard working, courteous, and amiable – what more could you ask for?  Oh, and they were far less expensive than other companies we contacted.  I’d give them ten stars if I could.
