I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called about 10 moving companies before booking my move with Northstar, and although I gotta say they weren’t the cheapest, I felt more comfortable using their services (a friend of moved with them in the past and had a great experience). Their costumer service was excellent (high-five to Stefy Nudel who answered all the questions I had in a very patient way), and everything went really smoothly.
They showed up within the expected time frame, were quick, hard-working, didn’t break anything, and were extremely professional. They explained all of the costs up front, and to be honest, with our help (moving stuff to the wardrobe boxes during the move, having packed the whole house prior to move-in day) they managed to make this move cheaper than we expected.
Our moving team was exceptional (team leader: John Henry Wilson, helpers: Edwin Mazo and Doron Rothstein), and I will for sure use their services again. Don’t even bother checking other companies. Northstar really is the way to go!

Jason and his team did a fantastic job to help me moving, they were very helpful and professional. They showed up on time and gave me right estimation so I can coordinate with my new place to reserve loading dock. And they brought enough stuff to protect my furniture and kitchenware. Highly recommended!
These guys were great. We were told they would show up between 8 and 9 am on a Saturday. They called at 7:15 saying they would be around 8 am and showed up right at 8.
There were 3 guys and they were incredibly efficient. We had roughly 30 boxes and furniture as part of a 900 square foot apartment.
They moved our boxes in about 45 minutes and then took about another hour to do the rest. They then drove 45 minutes to our place and unpacked everything.
All told we paid $640 for 5 hours including the coupon we got on Yelp. These guys were great.

So happy to have used these guys again. They are the best! I have used them before and will do it again. They treat your items with care and if you buy the insurance they make sure to cover any damages items. They go above and beyond to make you a happy customer and if anything negative happens they turn it into a positive and go 110% above and beyond the call of duty.
Christian, Giovanni, and Julio were young and extremely professional and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew or moving experience. They worked quickly and did not waste anytime getting their work done. I’d recommend these guys any day of the week.
Had a very positive experience with these guys with my move last weekend. Coordinated the reservation through the phone with a friendly employee, and all correspondence was quick and thorough. The movers were 45 mins later than agreed-upon on move day for an unknown reason, but they called to let me know and were friendly as could be. They did a good job wrapping the few things I hadn’t already boxed up (mainly furniture) and packed the truck efficiently. The Yelp coupon was a great savings as well. Recommend them for your next move – fair price for the service and well worth the reduced stress during a move.
I hired this company after finding them here and on Angie’s List. They were highly recommended and their price seemed incredibly reasonable for a move from a
storage locker in Los Angeles to my new house in Mississippi. They couldn’t have made the whole thing any easier or more seamless. Alan Nudel, who I worked
with at Northstar, was a delight to work with and very efficient. I wasn’t even in Los Angeles to watch over the packing and loading, and yet it all went perfectly
and at a price that no one I know can believe. I will definitely use them again next time I move and will recommend them to anyone who needs a moving
company.
