First move was great: Andres and the guys showed up on time, were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Will definitely be using them again!!!
My second move, however, had a minor snag… As can happen during a two part move. George and his crew were fantastic, but there was a minor complication and a minor communication error. However, when Northstar management became aware of the issue, they all worked together and it was resolved very quickly. They took great strides to make sure the experience went well. In the end, I am a happy customer and won’t be calling anyone else when the time comes to move again.

My family and I have used NorthStar Moving Company on a couple of different occasions for our moves. We received white-glove service from start to finish. The movers were fast, friendly, efficient, and had great customer service skills. You definitely get the service you pay for, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
Jose, Gerardo, Ricardo, Ramon & Eloy did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient, considering they had to go up and down an elevator to the 19th floor. There were a couple of small problems, but all-in-all they were great. Jose was especially kind and wrapped a full-length mirror for us that we will be transporting to another home. This is the 3rd time we’ve used NorthStar Movers and we love the service and they always work with us on the price. Thanks guys!!

Team lead Fred, Jorge, Ross “the boss” & Vinny were exceptional! The overall experience was truly 5 stars. The initial request for quote and conversation with Beatrice was great… the evaluation by Ilan was great…. but the cream of the crop was the crew of non stop, hard working movers who were all polite, careful and fun!
