I used North Star movers to move from Los Angeles to San Diego and they did an excellent job. Jose and his team of Kenny and Chris called ahead, showed up on time, and worked very efficiently. They took excellent care of my belongings and also respected the buildings and other residents as well.
The overall time of the move took less than I expected on top of an already reasonable hourly rate for a 3-man crew.

Javier, Victor and Rubio arrived at my dad’s apartment on time and were professional hard workers. Very friendly too and sensitive to the fact that my dad was elderly and hadn’t moved in 36 years. His wife has Alzheimer’s, so the house was in totally disarray. These guys worked hard and quick and are the guys to hire if you want professional service. Also, this company gave me an accurate quote. No “bait & switch” on the price at the end of the move. Great company and excellent customer services by phone reps and movers.

Amazing service. They showed up at promised time worked the entire time they were there. The movers did not hesitate in moving items that were not mentioned in the initial call for reservations. All the items were well taken care of.

There were also no hidden charges nor did the driver take long in getting from my old home to my new home. (Saved me lots of money as a result.).

Ps. This company is much cheaper than using a deal with different movers in conjunction with groupon or living social.

All their guys were very hard, very quickly and very efficiently. If you can – book your appointments through RON COHEN, he is extremely professional, top-notch, knowledgeable, all around good guy to work with. He gave me a FANTASTIC deal being a repeat customer and I am pleased once again with NorthStar services. It is hard to trust all your most valuable items others but you will not have concerns if you use NorthStar. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company. They are truly moving experts!

These guys were fantastic. Jose Barreto and his team with Orlando and Hector were prompt, professional, and extremely efficient. Entire apartment moved in 3 hours flat. They took care to protect my belongings and to treat my building and neighbors with respect. I absolutely recommend these guys for in town moves around Los Angeles.
