Brandon and his team were awesome! We had booked an 8AM move but due to come complications with scheduling, the movers didn’t arrive until 4PM. Although unfortunate, Brandon came in with his team, apologetic and ready to get us packed up and moved quickly. Brandon was positive and professional, and made sure that we were happy throughout the move. Thew NorthStar team was very communicative through the scheduling process and was quick to followup with me over an issue that we ran into. Overall I will definitely consider Northstar for my next move (which will hopefully be years down the road!)

The crew from Pine Street were top notch. They were on time and very efficient. They carefully boxed up all stuff that one accumulated over 23 yrs.
I messaged the them through yelp and they responded so quickly and got everything confirmed right away. Edgar and his team were awesome from start to finish helping me move!! They called an hour before showing up and arrived at the time that was estimated. They got right to work and we’re much faster than I’ve ever seen movers in the past. We had a lot of stuff to move including boxes, furniture, lamps, and all kinds of random things but everything was moved into the truck in less than an hour. They also provided these really awesome hanger boxes for our clothes in the closet that made everything much smoother and quicker. Overall, professional and efficient movers that charged one of the best rates in the Bay Area. Highly recommend!!!
From the beginning, NorthStar was very professional. After messaging them on Yelp, Stephanie reached out by phone quickly and with a very reasonable low rate with a 2 hour minimum. She walked me through all the details and the process, and we were able to find a working time for us with a week’s notice.
There were some followup communications about insurance and to confirm the move date and time. I was given a range of 11am-4pm.
On move in day, I was given a call 1 hour before saying that they would show up at 11:15am. So very timely!
I had decided it was a good idea to party the night before instead of packing, so by the time they rolled around I had maybe packed like 4 boxes and my life was a disaster. Fortunately, the team helped pack everything I had. They took directions very well for what to pack and what to move and were very careful with everything. The move in process was also very efficient and fast. We finished in 2:45 hours which was quite reasonable in my opinion.
I appreciated their positive attitudes, and have always had a great experience with this company – I’ve used their services twice in two years.
