I used Northstar moving company for my move from Japantown to Hayes Valley in San Francisco. I had to move my 1bedroom apartment with bedroom, livingroom and kitchen items.
Andres, Jose, and Noe came to help me with my move. They were very efficient. Arrived on time. They packed all breakable stuff with bubble wraps.
The unloading process was faster than the loading process. They were in and out in no time!
Would certainly recommend Northstar moving company!

I was very pleased with my move. My furniture was going into storage and I was impressed with how thoroughly protected everything was. Junior, William and Renaldo were very efficient and professional.
Rodrigo and his crew were extremely efficient and got the job done crazy fast and no damages. Can’t get better than that!
I used them for my move from Woodland Hills to Beverly Hills and was very happy with the service. Last time I moved I hired day laborers from Home Depot. I’m so glad I went with Northstar instead this time. Lesson learned, don’t try to cut corners with movers. Hire the professionals.
This is the second time I’ve used North Star and they were very helpful. The crew communicated well and was prompt when arriving. They were very accommodating and helped move everything from large furniture to paintings. They helped with finding the right spot for everything once delivered as well. The crew was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had around what needed to be done. Would recommend for any move.

Junior and his crew moved me out and they did a great job. Gave me a call to let me know they were coming and arrived on time. They were efficient and careful, in and out of my 1bd before lunch. Very professional and nice guys. The staff at Northstar has also been a pleasure to work with. They’re organized and responsive, and the video chat estimate is a smart idea. I’d recommend them for sure.
The most efficient and caring moving company. We were making the move from sf to Palo Alto. Making a reservation was easy plus they also do moves on Sunday. The staff was super friendly and noted all of our special requests.
The movers arrived on time with all necessary packing and moving stuff. They were really fast with packing and securing all the items from the apartment. As requested they brought tons of wardrobe boxes, which was a life saver (I have a lot of dresses). They were extra careful when wrapping all of our furniture and electronics too. They also disassembled our bed and made sure all the bed parts were securely wrapped. They assembled it for us in our new home as well.
It was a pretty hot day, but these guys worked tirelessly to get us settled in. The new place didn’t even have an elevator, and everything had to carried up two sets of stairs but they were still smiling and laughing through it.
They are really professional and take great care of your stuff. Highly recommend them!!!

Luis and his crew: Tavon and Adi did a great job moving our things to storage while we remodel. Antique furniture was wrapped and packed nicely and handled with care.

Love our guy Steven, Michael and Moses. They worked so hard in a hot day and treated us with such respect. I feel bad everytime when they need to use the bathroom they would need to get permission. But I guess that the company’s regulation.
Items are packed nicely and treated with care. Small scratches on one of the heavy item as the stairs down is
really narrow. I witnessed them struggled to move it down. And Steven ensured us with all the claims and insurance. We are satisfy with that.
I just wish the delivery team is as efficient as this LA team here * finger crossed!!
