NorthStar Moving came today bright and early, were super efficient and friendly, and got the job done. No damages to any items, and got me moved safely. Really appreciate everything that they did, and I highly recommend them to anyone! Good conversation, and they wrapped everything to avoid damage. Once at the new apartment, they also helped with adding felt covers to the legs of my furniture so that it wouldn’t damage the floor. Super upbeat and dedicated movers, thanks again guys, really appreciate it! 5 stars all the way.

Given our great experience seven years ago, we signed Northstar up to move us again this year, this time across town. As before, they did great work, and were prompt, courteous and professional.
We had one minor hiccup; a piece of our fridge broke during the move. But after I ordered the replacement part, I called Northstar, and they said they’d send a reimbursement check out for the full amount within 24 hours. I very much appreciated that.
Having had two great experiences with these folks – both with the telephone reps and the movers themselves – I’m happy to reiterate my recommendation for NorthStar.

These guys are the best. Even my neighbors were impressed by their quality of work (Packin/Loading/ arranging and caring).
We relocated to Dallas from San Diego and the move was extremely easy because of Northstar moving. They delivered within a week.
We started working with Michelle over the phone and she was very nice to explain everything (Yes… we made about 15 phone calls within 2 hours for 15 different types of questions).
Junior and Crew showed up on time and immediately realized that they need another truck. Northstar sent another one within few hours.
Highly experienced, knowledgeable and honest crew. We didn’t have to guide them for anything. They packed everything with proper care and detail attention. 3200 sqft of living space was packed and ready for loading by evening.
Within 4 days, they confirmed for delivery. Again, the delivery crew was excellent.
9,000 lbs of items traveled 1300 miles and only a nightstand was side damaged (Which is minor for a long distance move). One of headboard frame was dislocated but Eric was able to fix it quickly).

Moved from downtown to one of the beach cities. Great service. Received a phone call a few days prior verifying my information then got a call when the movers were an hr ourt. Professional and friendly group of guys! Move was easy, seamless, and customer friendly. Definitely recommend anyone who want a friendly, simple, and professional moving experience to try this company. I’ve moved literally over a dozen times in 10 years and these guys were among the best.

A real professional. He told how long it was going to take and exactly how the move was going to go. The move went perfectly thanks to Anthony and Emanuel. We used NorthStar a second time for a complicated move from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles. They were incredibly patient and helpful as we experienced numerous escrow delays and had to schedule and reschedule the movers again and again. The movers showed up promptly, handled everything with great care, and worked so efficiently and thoroughly. On top of that, they were super friendly and nice guys. I highly, highly recommend NorthStar – they are the only moving company we will be using in the future!
Mario, Orlando, Luis were professional, fast, and had great attitudes. They were on time and got to work right away. They handled all of our stuff with care and I totally trusted them throughout the move. Definitely great value for a great price- I will totally use them again for future moves.
Excellent services rendered by Vatche, Brandon, Pablo. They were punctual. Assessed the the items carefully. Communicated the scope of packing and shipping. Divided the load appropriately. And packed each items as feasible as they could. The process was efficient and no abuse of time was conducted. They were also all dressed and equipped professionally. I recommend this team for prospective moves. I would call them for my next.
This was our first time using movers and we had a great experience. The movers – David A, Alberto, and Jason – were very accommodating and easy to work with. Our move was efficient and was done faster than I expected it to be. Everything was handled carefully and the price was very reasonable. Would use this company again next time!
I am downsizing and getting ready to sell my house. I needed to put lots of things into storage temporarily in order to get the house staged for sale. Larry’s crew from North Star came on July 10, 2017 and another crew came today on July 18, 2017. They were on time, professional, took good care of my things, worked efficiently and I look forward to using them again when I’ll need to actually move to my new place and collect the things that were just moved to storage.
