Absolutely floored by how great these movers were. Our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, which was definitely a challenge — however, the NorthStar team executed everything FLAWLESSLY and nothing was broken! I also appreciated that one of the agents who helped coordinate the move called during the move to ask how things were going, the guys were doing great but this was very professional and courteous. I do not plan on moving again soon, but when I do need movers again I’ll call NorthStar.
