You (Bell) were wonderful; always available, calm, helpful, and quick to respond. Ron in dispatch was so terrific; calm, patient and helpful. The movers were great, particularly the lead fellow in Northern Calif (I don’t remember his name but I’m sure you can look it up). Thanks a lot!
