I just wanted to compliment your staff for facilitating an excellent move for me on Monday October 4. I was contacted by Miral who professionally guided me through all of my options and who carefully explained all of the ends and outs of the process. She remained calm and professional right up to the end which in turn reduced stress on my end.

Then came Juan (I believe that is his name) who helped my out on Sunday 10/3 when I realized that I had goofed on my move date. He easily set me up to complete the move the next morning. 

Finally, a big thanks goes out to Oran and his team, Nir and Nitzan. Again, all were professional. Not to mention courteous, efficient and fast. I was immediately put at ease by all three. 

I have to admit that I had suspicions and worst case scenarios spinning in my head about this move. However, Oran, Nir, Nitzan, and of course Miral, made all of those go away.
