We just spoke to Carrisa who was very supportive and informative providing detailed information about how to insure our expensive electronics and
explaining moving logistics. We have two complications in our moves, including stairs at each location and moving 2 apartments into 1 larger space,
so we are happy to be supported by such a solid and professional moving company. I will update this further once we actually move for more details!

NorthStar is, in a word, amazing. This was the most pleasant moving experience I have ever had, and my bar was high. Not only were they
thorough and accurate in their estimating, but they were courteous and professional. They were so careful with my belongings that not a
single item broke and there was not a single scratch on any of my possessions. They even came earlier than their quoted timeline (beating it
by 1-5 days), and delivered on a Sunday, which made my life so much easier. If you are moving, you owe it to yourself to call them.

This is my second time using NorthStar Moving Company. My first experience was a cross country move and it was handled with perfection.
Now I am just doing a local move and I was very happy with the service that I received from Alma to help me arrange my next move.
She helped me to get a competitive deal and make sure that I have a team locked in even though I changed my move date twice.
Don’t just get a deal that looks too good to be true on Groupon, get the job done right!

I moved last weekend using NorthStar Movers and they were great! I booked the move pretty late in the week but they were still able to fit me in on Saturday.
I only booked a 3 man crew but they ended up sending 4 instead at no extra charge. Randy, Carlos, Ruben and Jeffrey came and had my entire 1100 sq ft
apartment packed up and in the truck in just over an hour. We made it over to the new place and, even though there’s not much parking around, they were
able to get it all figured out and get everything unloaded and unpacked really quick.
The entire move took only 3 hours! They were extremely careful with the TVs and all the furniture – everything made the move just fine. They were very polite
the whole time, and when it came time to pay the bill, Randy was very careful to explain everything and triple checked to make sure everything was done
properly. I was very impressed.
5 stars – will definitely call NorthStar Movers if/when I move again.
We used NorthStar for our office move today. The experience was flawless from start to finish – professional quotes and customer
service, quick responses to questions, super professional, friendly team of movers, on time, FAST, careful and just great attitudes all around.
We had stairs at both the new and old location.
When I told the guys they just laughed and said “no problem, we’re used to it”. They called when they were 20 minutes out so I knew to expect them.
They showed up exactly when they said they would.
I have heard nightmare stories about movers and all I can say is if you want to avoid some awful surprise on moving day, use North Star.
Adrian, Noah and Augustine were great! They busted their butts to make sure they met the budget. I highly recommend them to anyone moving in the bay area.

I had 4 guys move a 2bd/1b house 45 minutes away and it only took them 4 hours total, including packing the kitchen and closets! They are fast,
strong and very professional. I would definitely use them again!
Honestly I haven’t moved with them yet, it will happen this weekend, but they have been extremely helpful so far, attending to all my questions, replying to my messages promptly, and even helping my friend out with a move at the same rate as mine even though it’s on a busier, and more expensive, day. They seem to do whatever they can to make it an easy process, and I expect the move to go just as well!

I highly recommend using Northstar. We had an incredible moving experience with them. If you live in the wilshire corridor the buildings all have very
specific rules on moving. Northstar quickly provided the management with all necessary documents. On moving day they called ahead of time and
gave me a heads up they are were arriving. Evan, Sam, and Hannes were our movers. I was blown away by their professionalism. I was very nervous
about the furniture getting damaged. They gave me a piece of mind and took extra measures to be really careful. I didn’t request wardrobe boxes for
my long dresses and had regretted it. Yet they were so creative and were able to create a few for me by making them. I highly recommend this moving
company and if you can request Evan, Sam, and Hannes!!!

Adrian, Augustin and Noe helped me move today and they were amazing! Called me an hour before to let me know when they were coming and arrived within a 15 minute window. They were professional, courteous and careful. They packed up our entire one bedroom apartment in 2 hours. All I heard was the sound of tape and boxes. Everything, including our crystal Tiffany glasses arrived in perfect condition. I will never use anybody else or do it myself. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!
Have used Northstar 4 times now and have never been disappointed. I’ve used other movers who have been awful, but Northstar is always prompt, professional, quick, accommodating, and careful with my belongings. I will definitely continue to use them.
