I am utilized Northstar for the second time. As with my first experience, the crew worked fast with care. Both the customer service department and movers are extremely friendly and professional. Northstar is now my go-to.

Moved into our house last weekend with the help of Northstar moving. They worked so hard and made sure everything was wrapped super well before transportation. We will definitely hire Northstar again in the future!

This was my 2nd time using Northstar. In both instances their 3 movers arrived promptly, and at all times I felt as though my belongings were in good hands. They added additional protective wrapping to my furniture and were conscientious as they moved it onto and off of their truck. Their sales/booking team made the reservation process easy, and their Customer Care was courteous and accommodating when I had to deal with them for a service issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Northstar again.

What an amazing crew!  Cesar V., Brandon and Nick packed and moved my belongings to the storage at NorthStar.  This crew is very well organized, very helpful and a dynamic team.  They care for your belongings and make sure you are well informed.  I highly recommend this team of wonderful crew and wish them all the best.  I consider myself very lucky!

My experience with NorthStar was fantastic from start to finish. The rep who booked my reservation gave me a cheaper rate than normal, booked me for a Sunday, and with less than 24 hour notice. The movers that came out were professional, fast, and I was impressed with their assembly and disassembly skills. They were extremely cautious with our items and always made sure we were happy with what they were doing along the way. I will definitely be using them for future work.

This is the first time I’ve ever used movers when I’ve moved. I hit the jackpot with NorthStar moving company. Kyle, Austin and James did a fantastic job with our move. Very friendly, quick, and efficient. Answered all of our questions and took very good care of our furniture. When we arrived at our new home, the guys placed everything where we asked them to and double checked if we needed anything else moved around before leaving. I highly recommend NorthStar movers. The guys were great to work with!  Kyle, James, AJ and Mike we’re professional, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with.  I highly recommend asking for these guys when you hire them.  Project Manager David was also on top of it and made sure the project was going through smoothly and even checked in with us after the move to see how things went.  The whole experience was perfect!

NorthStar Movers was recommended to me by a friend. They responded the same day I contacted them with a very competitive quote. I contacted many moving companies and they were the best priced. The move went wonderful! I hate moving, so it was nice to have such friendly and professional movers help us. A big shout out to Thomas, Roy, and Jimmy. They arrived within the time window that was promised and handled all of our belongings with great care. We have used professional movers in the past (probably 6 times) and these guys were the best we have ever had. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. I will highly recommend this company from now on and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had to move with very little notice, and NorthStar was able to book us for a 2 bedroom move the next day. They were very professional and friendly, and did a great job handling our stuff. Very quick and excellent price for the time and effort they put in! Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve moved over ten times and never in my life considered getting movers. This past move, I decided that I was done disassembling and moving my own furniture — especially because I was moving during a pandemic and convincing friends with beer and pizza wasn’t an option. Enter Northstar! It was genuinely an amazing experience. They were communicative at every stage and I was amazed at how fast they wrapped things and loaded the truck. My partner and I were moving in together and it was seamless to add another stop to this move. Overall, such a weight off my mind and allowed me to organize the other parts of the move.

Used Northstar today for our move. Cannot say enough good things about the three guys (Carlos, Leo, Ignacio) that helped with the move. They were very professional, treated our possessions as if they were their own and helped with random things that came out without hesitation. Will use again!

I’ll begin by saying Northstar Moving Company is the BEST, from A to Z! Our move was from Oakland to Santa Clara, CA on July 20, in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic and went without the slightest glitch! 

Due to the nature of our work we move around quite a bit, 37 moves and counting to date!) and know good and meticulous movers and office staff when we see and speak with them. NSM are top notch from the first call you make,  and while the level of difficulty during these Covid times complicates matters a bit, the exceptional office staff goes above and beyond to facilitate matters with online, phone and virtual assistance! The crew was extremely cautious practicing social distancing and wearing masks. The wonderful reviews are certainly justified, to say the least! 

Everything during our movie was seamless. The movers were punctual, courteous, pleasant, methodic, expeditious, TIDY, excellent listeners and hard working beyond belief! They worked like clockwork! A HUGE shout out and tons of gratitude to our fabulous crew, Carlito, Jessi, David, Noe who had to deal with a few wild “apartment community” regulations from our move out location, and yet, handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Hopefully, I wont need to move anytime soon, but, if and when I do, NSM will DEFINITELY be my choice. It doesn’t get any better! Our items and furniture were perfectly packed and protected and arrived at our new home in perfect condition in a timely fashion. The crew was courteous enough to also help with disassembly and assembly of certain items! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Second time I used them. Not cheap but they are honest and good people. No surprises.

We had an excellent moving experience with Carlos, Ignacio and Leo at Northstar. Everything about our short distance move went as well we could have hoped for – the team moved very fast taking a lot of heavy furniture up and down stairs, took great care to ensure both our belongings and home were not damaged, and even used tape to take dust off the bottom of our furniture to make sure our new home started off on the right foot. They were able to disassemble all of our furniture and appliances (e.g. Peloton, multi-piece bed frame) properly and quickly. Additionally, all three team members were very friendly and kind.

The rates were competitive compared to other quotes that we received, and the company continues to operate through the pandemic with all three movers wearing a mask for the duration of our move. Would highly recommend Northstar (and particularly Carlos, Ignacio and Leo) and would definitely work with them again for our next move.

I had less than 2 weeks to find movers and luckily came across Northstar. My move was this past weekend and I was lucky enough to have Kyle and his team help me out. They were so super nice and ready to work. It was HOT here in Phoenix but the team was efficient at getting the job done. I’ve never had a move where no scratches or damage was done… until now. They took great care of my things which I greatly appreciate. There was a small hiccup with my bed and the manager himself came out the very next day to adjust my bed. Because they did so well my mom will be using them once her house is done being built and they’ll be my exclusive moving company going forward. THANK YOU Kyle, David, and the rest of the team. You made a stressful process a lot easier.

Northstar Moving Company in Chatsworth, through Ron Cohen, moved my family between apartments in Marina del Rey. To prepare, Ron did a video chat review of our furnishings to come up with an honest budget. Yesterday, Ron’s crew, Alessio, Jimmi C., Jorge and Erik, masterfully packed and moved our furniture, belongings, potted plants, closets, beds, chairs, etc. Although the apartments were nearby each other, they padded and packed and moved everything we designated with Ron in advance. His crew even figured out how to carry a table up through the stairwell to the 6th floor because it didn’t fit in the building elevators. On time and on budget and all with a smile. If you need a moving company, you can do no better than Northstar!
