I don’t yelp often but my experience with this move was really great! Moving can be stressful- and Luis Pedro organized the move so well with Javier and Ramone and communicated with me adequately throughout the move. They were fast, efficient, and careful with my items. Thank you NorthStar!

I wish everyone I dealt with was this professional and good! Wow. On time with all the right equipment and a smile on their face. Move in went amazingly fast. The best part was that when a problem came up they just solved it and kept on task. They also helped me assemble a tv stand for no additional fee and took caste if all my trash. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with North Star Moving Company. Not only was this service affordable, fun, and enjoyable, but Brandon and Santos were able to move my belongings safely and in an extremely timely manner. I am high-maintenance when it comes to my clothes and furniture, and they were able to help me pack up everything safe and soundly and it all made it to my new place without a single scuff. Brandon and Santos were so fun to work with and Brandon was hilarious. It’s honestly nice to have some humor when you’re moving! If you’re looking for a moving service that’s safe, reliable, timely and affordable, I highly recommend their team. Also, I called and requested this move the day prior, and they were able to accommodate me first thing the next morning. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Robert’s crew for a move and they do an incredibly professional job every single time. They are fast, safe and take great care of my furniture & belongings. They are great at packing small delicate items and also move heavy furniture with ease. He came with a crew of 4 men. I can’t begin to explain how easy they made the day for me. I was so stressed & they had everything under control. They came on time, worked swiftly, had a great attitude and helped me problem solve. I can’t thank them enough for their work and professionalism. I trust them with my stuff and will absolutely hire them again! Thank you!

This is my second time using NorthStar Movers. I’ve moved so many times and had various horrible experiences. Both times with NorthStar were INCREDIBLE. It was huge having them help me box things – especially fragile kitchen items and lots of wine bottles. They have wardrobe boxes so you don’t even have to pack your clothes. They’re trustworthy and super efficient. I would blink and my items were already wrapped and loaded. Frank, Henry, and Luis were all AWESOME. Thank you guys so much!

I’ve moved many times before cross country and also in LA and this was by far the easiest move. I had a relatively small move with some heavy chairs and this company was the cheapest with the best reviews. Willing to do small moves to large ones. They came right on time, were super nice, so fast. They don’t waste your time, that’s for sure. They’re also insured.

The also got to my destination right after I did. And they had a large truck. No hassles, professional, friendly, well-priced. Best moving experience yet.

We had 3 movers today and I was blown away by the quality and caliber or service. Our old place had three flights of stairs and they had to move a dresser, mattress, boxes, TVs, you name it. We had them wrap up a few expensive items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Our new place has marble floor in the lobby, and there was concern about cracking. We were totally fine! They were so thoughtful in the way the placed the furniture and boxes in our new place, which was a big place. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend.

I just want to say, this is a really great reliable company. The price is fantastic…3 guys $140 an hour!! I got Bryce, Enrique, and Danny. They were fantastic!! Moved fast, got every on the truck quickly and efficiently. They arrived at my new place very quick considering it was 20 miles. And the unload went very smooth. They put everything in each room according to how the box was  marked. I would definitely recommend them. Especially this particular team. They were professional, courteous and friendly!

Now that I have availed their services I understand why NorthStar moving company has all 5 star ratings. A-Team is all they got and ensure the customer is happy with the move even if it means going that extra mile.

I am new to the valley and I needed a quick moving from a 2br/2ba to a single family home which was less than 5 miles away.  After calling couple of the movers over phone I was impressed the way Beatrice helped me reserve my slot with no charge and addressed all my questions over phone and she is super quick on yelp to respond. That kind of professionalism made me choose them to help with the moving.

Come on the day of move, they arrived during the time window I was confirmed.

Three movers and a big truck arrived, I showed them around what needed to be moved and Nick, James and Enrique got going right away. After 2 hours of loading I was not sure how long it would take and I reached out to their management to pace up. David who is the Phoenix Regional Head called me and assured me that their team continues to do a professional job and ensure I do not get over charged.
Dave kept checking in regularly over phone and made sure it was all going smooth and I appreciate him calling me in the evening to check how I felt about the move and was I happy ? That sure speaks of their core value to make customer happy.

Nick – The Captain ensured I was always informed of any risk items(like Ikea furniture…) and used his experience to handle the limited space and move out crib, 2 beds and armoire. Throw any challenge he tries to find a solution.

Enrique – Mr. Smile – moving is physically exhaustive and he ensured he always had his smile on , music on to keep the energy pumping and kept checking regularly to make sure I was happy with the move all throughout.

James – Mr.Meticulous – this guy is meticulous and ensures whatever item he packs and unpacks has no damage.

At the time of unloading, there were few challenging situations and I was impressed with the home work by Mr.Nick to ensure that furniture and home do not have any damage and had that keen eye to ensure everything moves to the right place than just place it all in garage.

A sincere thank you to these three awesome guys, David and Beatrice to ensure am happy with the move. I hope not to move anytime soon but without a blink I would hire them if needed.

Hands down the best. Literally hands down, you don’t have to lift a finger. Reasonably priced and effective.

On time. Friendly.  Pro. Didn’t break or damage anything.  The 4 pillars of a positive moving company experience. Frank, JJ and Daniel were extremely pleasant to work with. All our breakables and furniture were securely wrapped in packing blankets and protected in the truck. Extreme care was taken with all of our belongings. They went the extra mile in helping us take a few items to our neighbors house and unpack personal belongings out of our car. Couldn’t have been happier.
