Amazing experience!!! This is my first time moving with North star moving and I was very much supprised by the team! I had a 3 man crew move out a 2 bedroom apartment In 3 hours. All my stuff were secured and protected with shrink wrap so we had no damages and no breaks. I was very happy with the team, they were funny and fast working, we really had a good experience with them and I would gladly use them on my next move. I hope this feedback helps:)

Jesse, Emmanuel, and Isaias are awesome!! They are so friendly, personable, and polite. They were on time too! They worked quickly and efficiently. They even took apart our bed frame without us asking. And they put it back together too! Their wrapping skills are awesome! They really took good care of all our stuff. Had a great experience w NorthStar movers today. I had most of my stuff packed up but, they were thoughtful and wrapped up everything that wasn’t ready to go. I have a good amount of art that is important to me and they were extra cautious w it. Had everything going to my storage unit and they were able to fit everything w room to spare. Would definitely recommend and will use them again when I move in a few months.
Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, Edwin and Tosh today who, considering that they were fighting weekend traffic by way of Echo Park, still managed to get to NoHo at the agreed upon time. All this while knowing that my stuff needed to make its way to Woodland Hills and all this with a positive attitude – the guys were quick, efficient and I couldn’t have been happier with their service. Haven’t had the opportunity to use other services and don’t think that I’ll ever need to. Would gladly recommend Northstar to and friends.

We even moved into a townhouse unit with three levels and the movers did not bat an eyelash when asked to move heavy furniture up multiple flights of narrow stairs!
I will definitely use them again for my next move.

I have used North Star second time and they have proved me worth to consider and recommend them all the time . They came on time with three men army and packed moved everything with out any hesitation! Really appreciate the folks who helped me move and make my process of moving easier.

I used NorthStar Movers five times! I had a great experience with NorthStar Movers with every move! The guys are courteous and very careful with my furniture and belongings. They are very detailed at wrapping our furniture. They wrapped our white sofa before they put a blanket of over it. The driver always arrive on time. Their customer service is excellent too. We had a video conference with the customer service to check out our house to make sure that they bring enough guys and materials for our move, and to also give us accurate pricing. Their customer service also confirms the move with us the day before. The driver also gives us a one hour notice before they arrived. We are very satisfied with our experience with NorthStar Movers. And highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move locally or nationally. All in all my crew today rocked!!!
From the moment of arrival I was happely greeted by Jessie and his team. The move went great everything was coordinated and and followed through smoothly. The help was excellent all my belongings were properly taken care of and helped place everything we’re I needed, could not have asked for a better move. Literally just got done with the move. Very professional, stress-free, and hard working. The team of Junior, Kevin & Wendel. Wrapped every edge, angle of seats and furniture with blankets and each item was handled with care. Hour notice was prompt by team leader-Junior. If I move again, I would consider Northstar Movers. Junior, Wendel, Kevin were so efficient and helpful. They were really careful with all of my things. They first did a sweep to make sure what they were bringing and were really great about labeling and packing everything carefully. I felt like I was in very good hands. I had an apartment with a full bedroom, living room and kitchen. They packed up everything and moved it into my storage unit. My whole apartment was packed up and moved in under 3 hours. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Just had them move a pool table and a bunch of drum sets. Everything went smooth and nothing was damaged. Jonathan, Isa, Kevin killed it and did a great job.
I used Northstar Movers to move from one unit to another within my building. Vatche, Abraham, and Jonathan were my movers. They were on time on very efficient. They moved all of my items under the expected time and worked hard the entire time. I would have to say that NorthStar Moving Company is definitely my hero. I have been getting quotes from movers and it is amazing how flakey they really are. I had Excaliber come out and do a quote at 10 am. Nick told me he would email me the quote shortly and it finally arrived at 11:20 am. I responded at 11:50 am and told him that I would need 2 hours because I was waiting for another mover to quote. I called that mover 3X — they were Victory Moving Company who failed to arrive at 10:00 am. On my 3rd call because no one got back to me I called and verified the pricing I was provided yesterday. I was told the guy would be here and when I said I need a price for a 10X15 storage space the woman advised me they had no storage available. Let’s just say I am not terribly impressed by movers. Then Nick at Excaliber got back to me after calling the office and advised me they could not do the move as they had no trucks or people. This was well within the 2 hour time frame I had requested.
In my hour of need I reached out to NorthStar Moving Company and Alma provided me with kind reassurance that they could the job done. I discussed the quote that Excaliber provided and Alma advised me to go to Yelp to get the $25 off an hour deal which definitely beat Excaliber. So in the future I would recommend you don’t waste your time dealing with Victory Moving Company or Excaliber because it is obviously neither know what they are doing.

NorthStar Movers are the best. I have been calling around all day trying to get a mover for a last minute move. The companies that I called had rude people answering the phone or they had all these extra hidden fees. Then I called NorthStar and spoke with Alma. She was so pleasant and she answered all of my questions and put me at ease about the move. She also went over all the fees, without hiding anything. Plus she was just really nice. Plus they give you free wardrobe boxes to use! I’m looking forward to the move now!
We had a great move with North Star. The crew they sent out (Junior, Kevin and Jesus) were real pros. They were quick, careful and extremely courteous. They were also extremely kind and gentle with our dog who insisted on helping them move the furniture

Jesse, Kevin, and Deon arrived on time and were proficient and professional. They made sure my furniture was taken care of properly. By far the best movers I’ve ever had and will use this company and request this team again!!! During the move they worked excellent as a team under Jesse’s leadership. There was no damage during the move. 5 stars all the way and will recommend to anyone for a move. Overall Jesse and his team ROCK!!!!
I was so nervous to hire movers because I got burned last time (different company obviously). I was refereed to Northstar by a friend so I called them. I also had about 8 other referrals and called them too. I decided to go with Northstar in the end and I made the best choice!! So quick, so professional and my move took less than the first time I moved (same amount of stuff) by a considerable amount. Thank you for eliminating my stress 🙂
Lonail and his crew are the best at what they do. Always with a smile on his face, positive attitude and friendly demeanor. His professionalism is exceeded only by his love for his job.
