We had a challenging move with an exact deadline, where they had to empty half of a truck in one location in California, then take the other half to a fairly remote address in Colorado. They committed to getting the items to Colorado in a very tight 3-day window and did everything in the power to make that happen. Most important, the crew that showed up on both ends were kind, patient, hard working and professional. And the sales team was also open and easy to talk to as we made this all work. We recommend NothStar highly — particularly given they are in a business that is often filled with questionable options.
Luis and Santos were incredible as my Movers! They were so efficient and polite for my move. They even helped me re-arrange the furniture when we realized my whole couch would not fit in my place! I live by myself and I don’t have many people to rely on for moving around, but I was glad to put my trust in NorthStar! I would be calling on them for help again for my next move!

Very efficient and good movers! We were moving from a condo and our building has pretty strict guidelines about when moves can start in the morning, elevator use, etc. The guys from northstar made use of their time to wrap and pad everything and then started promptly once they had elevator access. Once loaded, the transport and unloading was equally efficient and fast. I had everything boxed and packed beforehand so I only have experience with their moving, not packing things up. Isael, Cristoval and Eulalio were a great team and made the move easy!
