Alex, Daniel, and Danny made our move such an easy and stress-free experience. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. After a past move where we tried to do everything ourselves (and ended up breaking our TV!), we knew it was worth having professionals.
They handled all of our belongings with great care, securing everything properly and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how they would give updates whenever I walked by, it made me feel confident everything was in good hands.
Once we arrived at our new home, they worked quickly unpacking and did a final walkthrough to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted. Even though we had been communicating along the way. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them.
I hired NorthStar 2 times. Once for my move from the Bay Area to LA and again for a local move in LA. Both times they did an amazing job. They give you a flat rate beforehand and there are no hidden fees or surprises. The movers are very professional, quick, and friendly. Would definitely hire them for the third time as well.

Isael and his team did a great job moving us from San Francisco to Novato! Isael and his entire team were very professional, thoughtful, and paid close attention to details. I kept changing my mind about where to put furniture and they were very patient and accommodating. We had some very fragile furniture, and they handled it very well!
