What impressed me most was their professionalism and organization. The movers were friendly, respectful, and made what could have been a stressful day much easier. They took the time to protect furniture and were careful when moving larger items through tight spaces.
Communication was excellent throughout the process, and there were no surprises. We used NorthStar Moving Company for our move from Dana Point in May 2026, and the experience was excellent. The movers were on time, efficient, and professional throughout the move.
Unfortunately, a staircase tile was accidentally damaged during the move. What impressed us most was how Danilo and his team handled it. They immediately accepted responsibility, communicated well, and worked with us and the new homeowners until the tile was properly replaced.
Their accountability and follow-through were outstanding. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that matters. Based on both the quality of the move and their integrity, I would absolutely recommend NorthStar Moving Company. Great job guys. You were excellent thanks so much for all of your help. Alex and Pedro were great, and our move went very smoothly. They were professional and efficient. They were also kind and good-spirited about the move that was complicated by traffic, heat, and stairs. Alex was very detail-oriented and made sure our belongings were safely delivered. Karina in the office was a great communicator and patiently answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful experience with this company and would use them again.
