I just finished my move with NorthStar yesterday and had a great experience. Ricardo (or Richard) and his crew member were great. Not only were they prompt, they were actually early and I was the one who wasn’t ready.
I chose to have them pack me up and it was by far the best $800 I spent to save my sanity. Just to give you Yelpers a frame of reference, I moved out of a studio – thus the lower pricetag. From start to finish, Ricardo and his crew member worked efficiently and barely even took a break. They were gracious and made sure everything was thoroughly protected and labeled. I believe my move took a grand total of six hours. And this was me not packing a SINGLE THING – they did ALL the work.
When I made the reservation, the staff was helpful and thorough and gave me an incredibly accurate estimate of how much it would cost. They were very flexible when I made some changes a few days before.
I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and will be using them again the next time I move. Awesome job!
