We recently employed your company to re-Iocate some of our possessions from an apartment on  Wilshire Boulevard to another apartment in Marina Del Rey. The move was complicated by the need for some items having to be stored – not only in your facility, but also in three different storage lockers at our Marina residence. 

We experienced an extremely smooth moving day, with every request handled expertly and professionally by your staff, both in the packing as well as in the moving process.
We especially want to commend to you the Project Manager, Ron Cohen, who met with us and gave us complete confidence that your company would be the best for our move. He remained in touch with us from start to finish, always returning our calls and meeting all of our requests. He is an excellent representative for NorthStar.

Most importantly, the men who actually did the work of packing and moving were outstanding. Robert, the foreman, was extremely professional, a good listener, and never overlooked any of our specific requests. He managed his crew – all of whom were efficient, hard workers and amazingly skillful- with a calm competency that showed why they all respect him. Some of their names – Adrian (wonderfully  helpful), Eric, Herman – we will always remember as the best part of our move. 

We thank you, Mr. Katalan, for providing us with such a successful moving experience – one which could have been much more difficult had it not been for your staff’s excellence at their jobs.
