Northstar made my move super easy. The movers took good care of my furniture, were on time, and were friendly. They wrapped everything that was in question carefully. The representative I spoke with was so professional she made the entire experience a pleasure. Their prices are very competitive. I’ll definitely use them again.

I moved recently from San Jose, CA to Dallas,TX. I am really happy with the service I got , from the quote estimation( Thanks to Jimmy Cardenas), pick up to the delivery. I was amazed with the guys that did the pick up . They packed all our furniture carefully, the guys were really nice. you can see they know what they are doing. Special thanks to Numar or Nimar (I hope I wrote his name correctly) and his 2 guys. It took them 3 hours to pack our 1 bedroom apartment because they had to pack all the furniture, 2 TVs, etc in blankets and wrap sheets.Great Job.
The delivery took only one hour. Amazing. Everything arrived in the same piece as we had it. It took exactly one week to get our stuff. We sent the truck on Wed and the delivery was on next Tue.
I strongly recommend this company. I feel kind of lucky that I picked this company , reading all terrible reviews for other companies. Now I am thinking after I saw how the guys work , I should have asked them to pack all my small stuff as well like dishes , glasses, clothes etc. instead packing them myself.

This is my 4th move with NorthStar and they deserve 5 stars for every move! Gadi is amazing! He took care of us like it was his own move. He is very easy to work with, informative and accommodating. Moving quotes are quick and accurate. The moving crews were always on time, efficient and careful Plus, they were hard working and personable. I have used movers for my past 5 moves and these gentlemen were the best. The girls in the office who first contacted me were very helpful. Because I was worried about the costs they offered to have an estimator come to my home for free and give me a “not to exceed” price. When Ron arrived at the house he was professional and very nice. He explained how everything would work and looked to make sure I did not need extra packing help or more boxes, etc.. He was even encouraging and supportive about the MESS which was my house. He gave me a few options to save me some money and I was very happy with the price. When the movers showed up they were on time and very nice. I had two deliveries to make and they organized everything perfectly. Both drop offs went smooth and they actually finished before we had expected so they saved me a little bit of money. YAY!! Nothing was damaged or dirty and they set up the rooms just like I wanted. I was so impressed. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for sure. It is worth the money to have peace of mind.
Great job! Team of guys were super efficient, very careful with antique furniture. One of the movers even hugged my 80-year old great aunt and gave me some chess tips. In a word, wow.

I didn’t have much time to figure out how I was going to move out of a 2-bedroom into a 1-bedroom. About a week before our move-in date, I called NorthStar and spoke with Jackie, who seamlessly set up the move for me. She also encouraged me to buy the Yelp deal so that I could save some money.
When there was a mix-up with the new landlord about when we could receive our keys, I called Jackie to change the moving day and she quickly sent a confirmation email with the new date.
When the condo’s building manager said he needed to see the moving company’s certificate of insurance 3 business days before the move was scheduled, I called Jackie again. Her co-worker Stefy ensured that all of the condo’s requirements were met and faxed the documentation to them by the next morning.
The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10. Jesus and his team showed up a little before 9am. They efficiently packed our TV and moved quickly, despite the building’s old, tiny elevator. Everything was in their truck in less than an hour and a half. They managed to move everything into our new place in roughly an hour, and nothing was broken. All throughout the process, Jesus and his team did everything they could to ensure that moving was less stressful for me.
After the move, Jackie called to follow up and make sure that the movers had met our expectations (of course they did!). This was my first time not renting a U-Haul or cajoling some friend with a truck into helping me move, and I can honestly say that it was worth every penny to hire NorthStar to help with the move.
