As professional a company from the salesman to the movers and to Wendy in the office as one could hope to find. Northstar is Company owned as opposed to most of the other large moving and storage companies that have franchised or licensed local agencies. The crew who moved us (Eric’s crew) was totally professional, careful and worked non-stop. No talking, joking, or wasting time during the entire day. They were the best workers I have ever seen at any job. Wendy, in the office was a gem and solved any questions that came up. She was wonderful. All in all a pleasant experience to a job that usually is not so much fun to do. Thank you NorthStar.
Had a great moving experience with Ron and Cesar. Everything was packed perfectly, stored for 3.5 months and then unloaded. Furniture was assembled and great condition. I’ve moved a lot and these guys are the best.

3.5 years ago I moved from SF to London. Northstar came and packed up all my stuff and put it into storage. About 3 weeks ago I moved back from London to San Jose and I had only a short time here to get my stuff. The team at Northstar took great care of me. After 3.5 years they brought all my stuff none of which was damaged in anyway and set up my bedroom for me. They arrived on time and were very quick about getting things done! And it was cheaper than any other quotes.. the storage fees per month werent bad at all either!
If you are moving.. and or you need storage I would highly recommend NorthStar! Good people and good product!

Years ago, I worked for the Bekins Company, so I am a bit familiar with the business side of a moving company. After receiving several bids, I selected NorthStar, and I must say that I was 100% satisfied with their quality. My move entailed NorthStar employees packing up my 5 bedroom house, placing it in storage for a year, then delivering it to my new home in the desert. Given that I personally unpacked everything they packed, I can attest to the care that was given to my property. Not one piece of furniture was damaged, and out of several hundred glass and ceramic pieces, only one was broken. It was amazing. All pictures and mirrors came through the move unscathed, clothing in the wardrobe boxes remained hanging and were not even dusty after 12 months of storage.

I used NorthStar back in July to move my stuff into their storage facility, where it has been ever since. I was very pleased with the move. I scheduled everything through Lynn and found her to be professional and helpful. The movers were great too as they were fast, but also very thorough with the wrapping. For example, I was amazed at how they packaged my glass table top. I am confident that all of my items are safe in storage. Highly recommended!!

I have also chosen to store my belongings at their location and that has been wonderful! It is safe, nicely packed, and their prices are much better then you will get at Public Storage.

I was getting ready to move and Northstar was moving another tenant out of my building, so I thought I’d watch them to see if they might be a good company to move me. They appeared to do a great job, so several weeks later I contacted Wendy at Northstar and she was very helpful and patient and explained everything so well to me that I asked that they help with my move. It turned out to be a very good choice. Every aspect of their work was very professional. I am completely satisfied with their effort and recommend them them very highly.
This Company deserves an A+. they are so careful and detailed in wrapping evey item in your home, they move it as if iwere their very own things. I was very pleased and when i’m ready to move again I know I’ll be calling Liron Cohen in Chatsworth. Just wonderful customer service.
NorthStar was great to work with. From setting up the move/storage arrangements to the crew on-site. All were professional and well organized. A lot of brand new items were moved into storage and they were packed so well that I’m sure they’ll come out of storage looking as new as the day they went in. Thanks NorthStar!!
