Luis & his crew moved our house in two days. It was a great experience. They helped us pack the remaining items of our house the first day, moved a couple of rooms and finished the rest the second day. They were efficient and organized. I would also like to add they even stayed a bit later on the first day and helped put our bed together, in the dark even though our lights were not working. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for movers
I used NorthStar this weekend, and it was my third time working with this moving company.
I have to say, the process with NorthStar was so simple and fast, I am never going to bribe friends and family into helping me move again! I’m terrible at packing–think torn, scavenged boxes and valuables wrapped in PJ’s. But Luis and his crew were amazing, fast, and very professional. They were also very helpful as I scrambled picking up last minute things. They shrink-wrapped everything, and carefully moved my boxes, furniture, and fragile items.
Alex and Pedro did very well moving my stuff to South Pasadena 🙂 Everything was delivered on time and well maintaine. thank guys!
We just moved into our new house and NorthStar Movers moved us in. They did a fabulous job, very much attention to detail, very personable. We’re very happy. So respectful and the guys were great and fun and funny and um they love dogs. That’s so important to me. Anyway, we will definitely be using them again so that they can keep doing what they’re doing and um making customers service very very happy.

I have used NorthStar now twice for my moves and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of the people that work here. The movers are all friendly and will do anything to help make the move easier. Juan was so kind and made the move seamless and quick. Caesar in management helped me with an issue of an oversized item and was able to send out a crew of 4 to take a very big and heavy tv console down 10 flights of stairs without any problems to my furniture or the halls of building because it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. The company went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated their commitment to service. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

Hi, I’m Ashley and I’m so excited. I had a big move today with my from my townhouse to a new townhouse with NorthStar Moving Company and my guy Juan and his crew did an amazing job helping me out. Not only did they clear out my entire townhouse and put the new things in the new townhouse and set up my bed, my living room, and all the things, but at the end, I had an extra refrigerator. And they took me over to a storage unit to store my refrigerator until I sell it. Talk about customer service being excellent. Top tier. If you are looking to move, please, please, please. I mean, even they took extra care of my plants. Oh my gosh, my plants are my babies, and they helped me wrap my plants and make sure that none of the leaves fell off. They took just extra care of everything. And as a woman moving with men, it it was just phenomenal. Like I said, they made sure that everything was taken care of.
The workers were super productive and professional! They worked fast on a crazy rainy day, they did all they could to make sure it’s clean and dry. The price was competitive to other companies, will use again and recommend to all my friends for sure.
