Have moved with NorthStar 3 times now (2 moves in Los Angeles and just finished a larger move from LA to SF) and they have consistently done a great job. Staff are super helpful and communicative, and always available to help answer questions. I really appreciated how on pick-up days and move-in days someone from NorthStar checks in with you a few times to make sure everything is going smoothly! In addition, NorthStar’s movers are very professional, efficient, and have taken good care of my belongings. I would def use NorthStar again for any future moves!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! This was my 4th move, first time with NorthStar and it was by far the most exceptional moving experience I’ve ever had. Even though the move was fairly local, it was rather complicated as we had 3 different locations that needed deliveries.
Romero and his team showed up on time, with two trucks. After walking through with us, they had a plan in place and everything was executed like clockwork, with precision, care, and professionalism. They were extremely courteous, polite, and somehow (even at the 12th hour of work!) unbelievably cheerful. Nothing got broken, lost, or damaged. I would highly recommend NorthStar to anyone planning a move. I will definitely be calling them again for my next move!!

All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap. They also made sure lamps and fragile items were protected. Overall very satisfied with their service. Would definitely use Northstar Moving Company again!

Easy company to deal with, from the front office to the movers. Everything happened on time and the movers deserve extra credit as we had some large pieces of furniture going into a townhome not designed for large pieces. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Good work, no issues and they kept their timeline. The movers at the other end were also very efficient and courteous.
We hired NorthStar Moving for the second time and the moving process was seamless from start to finish. Gil provided a video call to accurately capture the size of the move and an estimate for various services (packing or not). Once confirmed, Jenny took over and managed the logistics of the move. She was easy to reach, checked in on us mid-move, and always called back for missed calls. On the day of the move, George and team of 4 were very professional, careful and considerate. It was a long move (7 hours) and everything was delivered in great condition despite narrow road condition and tricky entrances. We thought we were missing an item so I called Jenny to inquire- she managed to get the movers to do a sweep and responded back promptly. Overall, we really appreciated the effort and the care. I moved from San Francisco to Orange County and NorthStar Moving made it a breeze! They were so professional, kind and efficient! Plus it was such a reasonable price for helping us pack, drive and unpack for such a long distance move. I can’t recommend them enough.
Isael, Cristobal, Eulalio are the dream team! They are professional, efficient, and extra helpful for special requests that I had about moving and trying out rugs. They even wrapped up a rug that didn’t fit! I would definitely hire them again!
Excellent service overall. Company was easy to work with and the movers were stellar guys, fast and strong, but also very careful with all our stuff.

Jaime Carrillo and Jaime Jacob helped move me from my old apartment into my new apartment in the blazing Arizona heat in less than three hours!!! They were so efficient and careful with my belongings, my roommate ended up using them for her move from a storage unit to our apartment. Again, less than 3 hours. Amazing! Michael, Daniel and Ricky did a great job at moving our Dermatology equipment to three of our offices. They’re trustworthy and very professional!
