Excellent move! Juan-Carlos and the crew moved us out smoothly, and then got us safely in – despite some late afternoon rain. – biggest plus with NorthStar right out of the gate? They accept Credit Cards! Yep, no having to cut a bank check our take out a wad of cash like most movers. The convenience was a huge benefit. – No hidden fees here, everything was explained, and our math matched their math at the end of the day. They didn’t use inordinate amounts of materials or gouge us on time to make a few extra bucks – Exceptional moving skills – we had a overstuffed sofa heading for a smallish, third story office door – and they managed to miraculously make it work. Awesome. The only reason for a 4 star was a later start than we had scheduled (traffic), and we might have opted for a 4 man crew to speed things up (we only had 3 guys – great movers, but could have perhaps used the extra hands). Overall, this was a fantastic move – and we definitely recommend NorthStar.
