The most efficient and caring moving company. We were making the move from sf to Palo Alto. Making a reservation was easy plus they also do moves on Sunday. The staff was super friendly and noted all of our special requests.

As requested they brought tons of wardrobe boxes, which was a life saver (I have a lot of dresses). They were extra careful when wrapping all of our furniture and electronics too. They also disassembled our bed and made sure all the bed parts were securely wrapped. They assembled it for us in our new home as well.

The guys were extremely professional and punctual for my move. The entire crew kept the same pace throughout the entire long almost 9.5 hour day. I would definitely want to book the ALL-STAR CREW again!
Booking was super fast and easy. They called us an hour before arriving. 3 movers Andres, Noe, and Jose were extremely efficient and professional. All of our items arrived in perfect condition. They were extremely careful in packing and moving the items as to not damage our previous and new apartment. I would highly recommend using Northstar for any of your moving needs. We have never worked with a more dedicated team to making sure our stressful move was easy as a breeze. Five Stars!
We had our upack shipment arrive early and Northstar movers were able to accommodate us first thing the next day. The movers arrived on time to the pick up location and were very patient and friendly. They loaded all of our belongings with care and were very conscious of my fragile boxes. They worked efficiently to make my move as smooth as possible. Andy, John and Oscar are very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend using them again and will be asking for them for my next move. Thank you Northstar movers for helping my family make this transition a great success.

Love our guy Steven, Michael and Moses. They worked so hard in a hot day and treated us with such respect. I feel bad everytime when they need to use the bathroom they would need to get permission. But I guess that the company’s regulation.
Items are packed nicely and treated with care. Small scratches on one of the heavy item as the stairs down is
really narrow. I witnessed them struggled to move it down. And Steven ensured us with all the claims and insurance. We are satisfy with that.

First time to use North Star Movers and we were not disappointed! Andy, Jonathan, and Oscar from the Irvine location were all very nice and very professional. They worked very fast but very carefully as well. No dents on any of our stuff at all. Furniture arrived the same way they left and no piece was missing. These guys have a great working attitude and we didn’t hear any complaints despite moving in this sweltering heat. They did an awesome job and made the move easy for us! I’m hoping we don’t have to move for a while but if we do, we’ll definitely go with North Star again!
The Irvine Team (team leader Bryant A. with Jonathan A. and Nick F.) completed our move from DTLA to Alhambra yesterday and we couldn’t be happier! Bryant gave us courtesy calls with an ETA before arriving at each apartment and showed up on time and ready to go. The team did walk throughs at each location to get an idea of where bigger items would be moved from/to. Nick disassembled and reassembled larger furniture pieces (bed frames, dining room table) which was a huge help for us as clients. Bryant offered wardrobe boxes (at no extra cost!) for miscellaneous items- really easy to toss belongings in and simply unpack at our new apartment before the guys left. Jonathan did an awesome job ensuring all our furniture was wrapped and protected for the move, and he kept the team’s energy high with classic rock tunes. They protected our items so well they even placed a large (and kind of delicate) painting in the cab with them! were polite and friendly throughout the day, and closing the contract was a breeze. We will definitely be using NorthStar- and hopefully the Irvine Team- for future moves!

Another excellent move by NorthStar. Thomas and his crew, Pedro, and Marcos were awesome! Near one the hottest days of the year and they barely stopped for water. They also finished in about 30% less time than I had estimated/budgeted which is great for obvious reasons.
Outstanding! The 3 men assigned to our move-Phenomenal efficiency, and above & beyond work ethic. The crew deserves high praise and a pay raise, and should be recognized/commended for their performance. As well, for Ana in the office. Highly recommend North Star. They were great from beginning to end. We asked for estimates from several moving companies. North Star’s quote was very competitive. Their customer service (Paula) was great answering our questions and getting us read our for the move.

Jorge J and his crew just pulled away with all of my belongings, fantastic experience! They called me 30 minutes in advance, arrived on time, were very careful with my items, AND they were FAST! They were here less than an hour and now I can relax the rest of the day! Jorge was very clear with me and gave me step by step explanations to how the move works. I’m moving out of state and he was really helpful in explaining this to me. I had a very positive experience from the beginning when Alan came to give me my in home estimate. And I couldn’t be more happy now. ThAnks northstar! And thanks again to Jorge and his team for making this cross country move easy breezy.

Northstar moving company of Irvine was a dream to work with!!! Deon,Andy and Brian worked so hard in the blazing heat to move our family into our very first home. We were very impressed with their fun personalities even in the heat they kept their spirits high. They were very professional and took excellent care of all our furniture pieces. Each piece was wrapped perfectly to prevent damages and they made it look easy even as they moved our washer and dryers up two flights of stairs!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen to me .

Let me start off by saying I had a pleasurable experience. Thank you, Edwin, Marcos and Hector for putting me at ease during this nightmare. My 2nd level town home was flooded due to a faulty sensor on the washer and they moved my Curved TV, heavy Sectional and Table so the workers can come and do the repairs. No damage and 100% professional totally recommend this team.

NorthStar Movers were able to accommodate my request without delay and emailed me a contract.
On move-in day Louis and Anthony showed up and wasted no time taking on task of loading up everything in my apartment which including wrapping and packing the furniture.
The employees were professional and never slowed down.
After packing the truck Louis and Anthony arrived at my new location promptly and were just as efficient in unpacking and delivering all of my things in one piece.
