I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Rob and Evan were absolutely amazing leading the team. They were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. So much care was taken with all of my items, ensuring everything was handled safely and securely. On top of the incredible service, the pricing was completely fair and transparent from start to finish—no hidden fees or surprises.
Also shoutout to David who set the move up. I had to vet a lot of shady moving companies who used aggressive sales tactics to try and get me to put down a deposit without even looking at my apartment. NorthStar Moving refused to give me a number before having somebody check out what we wanted to take with us. They were professional the whole way through!
