These guys were phenomenal. This was the first time I have ever hired anyone to help me move, and they made the process easy. Everything was clearly explained to me on the telephone when I reserved the service, and then they were diligent in following to confirm my appointment beforehand. The 3-man crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They wrapped my furniture meticulously, and were careful to show me any pre-existing damage before touching anything. Although I underestimated the time it would take to move my stuff (which I had carefully packed & organized), they moved quickly and efficiently. And the whole time, they were courteous and polite, asking permission before using the restroom or anything. They also did a fabulous job placing my furniture exactly where I wanted it in the new space. So it goes without saying that I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again the next time I have to move.
