We have had to make small and big moves A LOT over the last 6 years.  Office to office.  My parents were moved numerous times from assisted living to assisted living.  Our children to and from college.  At times we attempted to rent moving trucks and do it ourselves.  That never worked well on anyone’s backs and our packing and moving skills are terrible…..so then I foundNorthStar.  They quoted us an extremely reasonable price to move my parents and then handled it in some very tight elevators and narrow staircases.  But they handled it professionally.  So when the time came to move our offices and store some of the furniture and swing by the house to pick up additional storage items (a 3 stop deal), I called Northstar.  We had to work with the office building hours, the storage unit hours and some VERY tight fits around some gnarly corners…and everything was handled TIMELY, without damage and in the time frame estimated.  A few doors had to be removed…they did so and never blinked an eye.  The office personnel (Stepy gets an A+) were spectacular.  Promptly called and confirmed an estimate, followed up the day before the move and made sure (when the times were nip and tuck) to be there BEFORE they promised but didn’t start the clock until all paperwork was completed and they had started moving.  How much more good can I say…not much.  When our office gets reestablished and we need the furniture out of storage…NORTHSTAR please come help us!!
