We used NorthStar Moving Company for our move from Dana Point in May 2026, and the experience was excellent. The movers were on time, efficient, and professional throughout the move.

Unfortunately, a staircase tile was accidentally damaged during the move. What impressed us most was how Danilo and his team handled it. They immediately accepted responsibility, communicated well, and worked with us and the new homeowners until the tile was properly replaced.

Their accountability and follow-through were outstanding. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that matters. Based on both the quality of the move and their integrity, I would absolutely recommend NorthStar Moving Company. Great job guys. You were excellent thanks so much for all of your help.
