If I was to ever write a documentary on good customer service, North Star would be a case study. Professional and friendly at every link in the chain (which is rare even for good companies). Their rep Ted was attentive. Their estimator Ron C. was thoroughly detail oriented and patient enough to walk me through everything he was putting into his estimate and why. Last, but not least, Richard H. and his crew were the best of the best. Punctual, efficient, polite, friendly, and careful with our valuable items, they were pretty much everything you want out of a moving crew and then some. They showed up right on time and were ready to get working the minute they stepped through the door. I couldn’t even believe how fast things were disappearing from my box filled living room. Now before this, when Ron gave me his estimate, I almost choked on my drink. But I’m the type to pay for quality, so I beefed up my budget and readied myself for the pain. However, the best surprise was at the end when it came in under time and under budget. Thanks North Star!!! P.S. – There’s a few other areas of modern commerce that could use your golden touch. I’d gladly take my car to a North Star Auto Repair. Food for thought 😉
