Your team of wonderful men knocked on our door bright and early, and they were energetic and eager to start working. They were fast, hard working and very professional. All four men divided and conquered different areas of the house to pack all our items with great care and concern. As you both know, we had many very fragile Art sculptures and heavy paintings that are cumbersome and large scale and they took the extra time to be sure all our Art was packed securely and labeled as such. Really, these men were terrific! Gadi, you are a fantastic representative of NorthStar. From the minute we met you, we liked you. You exude sincerity and warmth and have great confidence in your Company. You made a daunting project seem easy. You walked us through the entire process from beginning to finish and gave us timeline updates while the truck was in transit. We really appreciated that. sure everything was unpacked as carefully as it was packed. Ram also
stayed in constant contact once our shipment was in New York. Everyone at NorthStar was friendly, competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I was kind of nervous about moving all my stuff into storage, but Gadi was so understanding and really helped me to feel comfortable with it all. I felt like the whole NorthStar team took extra special care of me.

Every item on the property was handled with extreme care and precision from $100,000 pieces of art to a $50 lamp.

I wanted to send a note of thanks. I recently shipped a few items of great personal value from San Francisco to Austin, Tx. I have used the same moving company for over 10 years for local moves and felt this was a good time to branch out and seek a different company. When I used the internet I thought my choices seemed responsible and legitimate. After signing off on the move I later found out that many internet based movers are absolutely terrible crooks. Needless to say I became concerned that I had been scammed.
Well, let me pass on that you are the real deal and a very good one at that. The help I received from Bell and Mike in the offices was timely and professional. The care and treatment of the furniture were excellently handled and protected. Your quotes were fair and reasonable and indeed you did get my furniture to the location in Texas within the time window you state on your contract.

You have impressed us three times in a row now. Our collective experience with NorthStar Proves how much you value relationship. We have used Gadi and NorthStar Moving twice now, and can say without hesitation that his team is professional, trustworthy and fast! I wanted to thank you for assisting me with my move. I wanted to let you know that I was extremely impressed and grateful for the movers from your company. Both the gentleman, were well mannered, cared about my possessions, were prompt and worked hard. I had a very bad moving experience a few years back and thought I might never use this service again, your employees made me feel differently.
I know that too often, customers will display their dissatisfaction with services way before they will share their thanks. I didn’t want to be the one that let a good job go unnoticed.
Because of this experience I will be using your moving service again. I have a storage unit that needs to be relocated as soon as possible. It is approximately 10×15 currently but will be condensed by the time I am ready to do the relocation.
Several weeks ago when we first looked into moving companies, we were apprehensive at best about moving companies. The thought of entrusting our personal belongings to complete strangers made use nervous. To ease our fears, we checked the rating of each mover on the Better Business Bureau web page. As Northstar had an A-rating, and offered one of the lowest prices, we reserved your services.
When the day of our move came (April 15), we were pleasantly surprised. Leil (spelling?), Antonio, and Omar were great. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Even though we only have a two-bedroom apartment, we were amazed at how fast the team worked.They had loaded, transported, and unloaded everything in less than three hours. And during the whole time, they were always willing to assist us and answer any questions we had.
We have several friends moving in the next few months, and we will definitely recommend Northstar. Though we are quite certain that the company is well run as whole, we request that you give some recognition to the wonderful service provided by Lei!, Antonio, and Omar.

It’s been quite a year, and, when an adult daughter is moving an “eighty something” Mother from one Coast to another, it is always stressful. I am writing this letter to tell you what an excellent job your company did in moving my son’s belongings from California to Illinois. The move took place on Sept. 26th from Hollywood and arrived safely to Prospect, IL several days later. EVERYTHING and I mean everything was executed as promised. First of all, Miral was excellent in mapping out the entire experience from the confirming the day before the move to the last item delivered by Moishe’s. It is so refreshing to know that there are still companies in America that are hard working and have integrity and deliver service as promised. I admit, I was not familiar with your company and was a little skeptical about using your services but I am so glad I went with my gut feeling after I had spoken to Miral. She was so professional, yet friendly and so very informative and helpful. There was not a question asked that she could not answer.
On the other hand, ALL the movers including the supervisors were all so courteous, helpful and hard working as well. They really went above and beyond what they needed to do. There was not one thing that arrived damaged and we are so very grateful for the entire experience. Please do not hesitate to use me as a recommendation, should you ever need one.
