Had a great experience with NorthStar moving! I moved from California to Texas for just above $3K (including packing services). Lorena Alejos was incredibly helpful from the initial video quote to answering questions online regarding pricing, what to expect, and scheduling truck departure and arrival. I had to schedule the moving / pickup for 3 weeks in advance to ensure it made a tight arrival window but sure enough, the truck came on the first day (@8-10 am) of the range of days NorthStar provided. Alejandra ensured the payment was processed correctly (first amount paid in person at pickup and second online) which was a huge help. When the truck arrived, we were blown away by the quality and service of Rob and Evan from the Roundrock facility. They were in and out within 1-2 hours with all items accounted for and no significant noticeable damage. Would definitely recommend this company!
