This is based on our move from a 2 bedroom + basement + garage home in Los Angeles to British Columbia. The initial pack and load work was tremendous. The 2 man team worked hard, were extremely pleasant to interact with and made the process much less stressful than I had anticipated. Communications with NorthStar Moving were clear and top notch, the team were available to me whenever I had a question or concern, and I never had to wait long for a response. They also coordinated seamlessly with the cross border team and local BC movers. Their instructions as to what I had to take care of at the border when I crossed (in advance of my belongings) meant that I did not have to meet them at a later date to clear my belongings through customs . Major time saver! I found the cost to be competitive and very reasonable. 5 stars for NorthStar Moving – I highly recommend them.
