NorthStar helped me move from LA to SF so this is for the LA part of the move. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from Beatriz who initially explained how everything works, to Alan who came out to my place for the moving estimate, to Rebecca who followed up with me the day before the move, and the three amazing movers that worked so hard to make sure that my furniture is all nicely wrapped and packaged so they wouldn’t break during the transport. They were super fast, very professional and friendly, and made it such an easy process for me. The only thing is that there may have been some miscommunication between the dispatch people. I was not contacted for delivery until almost 5pm the day before. I called several times to get an update and was given a different expected delivery date every time. And on the delivery date, the movers called to let me know that they’d deliver at 10:30am, which is different from the noon to 4pm window that I was given. But these guys were super flexible and we were able to reschedule the delivery to a later time and everything worked out great! Thank you!
