Jaime Carrillo and Jaime Jacob helped move me from my old apartment into my new apartment in the blazing Arizona heat in less than three hours!!! They were so efficient and careful with my belongings, my roommate ended up using them for her move from a storage unit to our apartment. Again, less than 3 hours. Such a reliable, efficient, caring company with hardworking men. 100% recommend to anyone moving now.
My aunt has been using NorthStar as her storage facility for the past 10 years and they have been nothing but good to her! Yesterday we went in to go through all of her crates in order to better organize it for the future and Alejandra and her team went above and beyond with their helpfulness and patience! I personally have used them to move from one apartment to another and that experience was extremely smooth as well. Highly recommended!
NorthStar helped us with a local move and they were great to work with. John provided an in-person estimate and was responsive with all of our questions leading up to move day. The team that moved us, Alejandro, Ruben, Obeth, Francisco, Angel, were top notch! They were professional, organized, and incredibly efficient. They carefully wrapped and boxed our furniture so it would remain protected for the move and while in storage. We were also impressed with their ability to maximize the space in the truck and the storage unit to avoid us having to pay for a second trip. The crew were very experienced, worked really hard, and had a great attitude. I highly recommend NorthStar for your moving needs!
Fantastic movers, quick, professional and trust-worthy. Gil’s communication makes it worth it. He was flexible when I didn’t know my dates, and I ended up having to store items for a month. With a quick text when I was ready, they came on a Sunday! Then came back and picked up my empty boxes. So nice.
Manny and his team; Willy and Santos, did a wonderful job. They came into my place this morning and packed it right up within two hours then took it all over to my new place and unpacked it along with my stuff from storage. They built my couch, coffee table, desk, bed frame and more! It was stress free on a day that I thought would be super stressful. I felt so supported by these three men today and I am so grateful for their help. Thank you again Manny, Willy and Santos.
I had a great moving experience recently. Everyone was patient and understanding when unexpected situations happened to me. I would recommend using Northstar. I would use them again!! They go the extra mile and communicate from start to finish. By far one of the best yet.
The Northstar Movers with Gil & Kevin in charge were amazing. Kevin calmed my nerves because I was feeling very emotional for me with moving all the furniture and paintings out of my father’s estate and there were so many memories and it was very so difficult but Kevin made it so wonderful. He kept appeasing & calming me and letting me know that they would take care of everything. Assuring me that nothing would break since they would take extra care caution as they were valuable to antiques. I can’t thank Keven & Northstar enough for being role models & exceptional in the way you want a moving company to work.
