My name is David we just finished moving with NorthStar Moving we moved our two bedroom apartment for my parents. This is the second time we’re using NorthStar Moving and they were as good this time as they were on the first, right on time went right to work got everything done, wrapped up everything, brought it up here put it exactly in right room these guys were absolutely perfect I would gladly use them again. If it is possible to feel like a princess on moving day, NorthStar made it so!…This experience was unlike ANY move I’ve done before…Moving is usually right up there with divorce as a major stressor, not so this time around!..Guy and his crew arrived on time, were clean, professional, efficient, amazing!…He wrapped my art and special pieces like he was moving the Getty, which I really appreciated….not a scratch or a dent, on anything, when it was all over…they stopped at my storage unit (2nd floor, no elevator…what genius designed THAT), and hand carried down the stairs 2 HEAVY pieces of furniture…I was ready to just leave them in storage, it seemed so impossible and unreasonable to even ask them to move the pieces…Guy was insistent that I be 100% happy when the job was done, and if having the armoire was going to make ME happy, HE was moving it for me!..where did they find him and they need to clone him!….he moved every piece exactly where i wanted it at the new location (including when i changed my mind!)…and when he left there wasnt an empty box or piece of tape left behind…NorthStar in general is different from any movers i have used before..the trucks are theirs, the employees all trained by them…Guy assured me that whoever they had sent out, my experience would have been the same…(I will use NorthStar again regardless, but i will be requesting Guy in any case!)….This entire company is totally professional and efficient, including the office staff (voices on the other end, who I have never met)…My only problem with this experience and using NorthStar movers, is now that i am a spoiled princess, i need a NorthStar housecleaner, a NorthStar personal assistant, a NorthStar doctor, etc…you get the point!…i am SERIOUSLY thinking about asking for a gift certificate for Guy and NorthStar for my birthday present, and redoing my storage unit!…Thanks Guy/NorthStar for my least stressed move ever….
Thank you NorthStar Moving for a wonderful job and on time. Worked very hard to get in and out of here as quickly as possible. I appreciate all the hard work and carefulness of moving my furniture and we appreciate a job well done. Thank you. And yes we are going to recommend you to our friends because the men who worked with us today were not only very nice, they were so careful and so thorough and everything got done right and they have a lot of patience and they moved us in less time than we thought. Hi we just wanted to say thank you to NorthStar Moving. Today was just brilliant. We got our movers right on time, smack at 8 am in the morning and —stress free. As stress free as a move can be. Because we thought we packed everything all great and it turns out that we had more stuff, you know you brought your boxes and everything. Couldn’t have gone smoother and we really loved your wardrobe boxes, that kind of helped out a whole bunch. Because we were going to move the clothes ourselves and the TV. Well this is my baby, right, I had to make sure, because I wanted to move it myself, but you guys were nah we are cool, we do this for a living, this is what we do so you know I was like okay and I am telling you, no dust at all no nothing and this TV is now in place and ready to watch some football on Sundays. I have moved so many times in my life and these are by far the best movers I have ever had, they were on time, very kind, and they did a wonderful job and it wasn’t a easy one, because we live in Downtown LA, but it was a perfect move.
